Snake 3D

Your first game starts as ordinary flat snake. Grid, apple, four turns, nothing new.

On the fifth step the camera moves behind the head, and the board turns out to be one layer of a cube. From there you fly after the snake through the volume, and the controls never change. Still four turns: left, right, up, down. There is no third axis, because you never needed one.

There is no winning. You eat apples, the snake grows, the pace tightens, and one day you hit yourself, a wall, or an obstacle. The only thing left behind is a number.

The flat opening happens once in your life. Every game after it drops you straight into the cube.
